Our 'metered support' option allows us to perform any work that you require inside your VPS. We charge a flat rate per twenty minutes, with discounts for more time consuming tasks agreed upfront.

We take automatic backups of WizzVPS server to help to protect against data loss. To keep our pricing low, we only charge for this service if you request a restore: £15 / $25 per restore request. Backups are taken daily and have a 7 day retention period. Please open a support ticket if you need to request a restore. (Backups/restores are included free in our Managed VPS and Jelastic PaaS services)
