Linux is an operating system which uses the Linux kernel, originally written by Linux Torvalds as an alternative to Unix. Linux VPS's are typically much more lightweight and faster than a similarly specified Windows VPS, yet are still easy to use, especially when using the optional Plesk control panel. It's very easy to install and upgrade applications on all of our Linux distributions.
